Product Overview
Stainless armour outside, polypropylene inside: this recoil-start RISP2 pump wraps chemical-proof internals in a 316 stainless casing, transferring a guided 660 litres a minute, shutting off at 23 metres on Honda power. The premium chemical-transfer build. Stainless-armoured chemical transfer is RISP2BGV/GX200 with polypropylene internals and recoil power.
Guide-only figures quote 660 L/min open flow, shutting off at 23 m head (33 PSI). The 316 stainless steel casing with polypropylene internals runs the 683 impeller with Viton seals, ported 2-inch external BSP male by 1½-inch internal BSP female on both connections.
Premium chemical transfer stays portable at 22 kg behind the 6.5 HP Honda GX200 recoil-start engine, armouring polypropylene internals in 316 stainless without mains dependence. Viton seals serve the rated chemical transfer, diesel transfer, salt water pumping, water transfer and aquaculture.
For chemical, diesel, salt-water, water-transfer and aquaculture duties, this configuration provides a flexible engine-driven option. It is intended for practical liquid movement around farms, fish systems, storage areas and service points where different transfer tasks occur during the same working day.

How much fluid volume per minute and static elevation height are developed across open site lines?
Discharge performance for the Aussie Pumps Stainless Steel Chemical RISP2 (RISP2BGV-GX200) yields an open flow volume of approximately 660 L/min and reaches a maximum shut-off elevation of approximately 23 m.
Can this pumping unit pass stringy solids and suspended grit without jamming during dirty liquid transfer?
Built for clean chemical and water transfer, internal waterways on the RISP2BGV GX200 are optimized for liquid solutions free of abrasive solid debris.
How does the engine provide drive torque across remote field operations across mobile agricultural spray setups?
Mechanical power on the RISP2BGV/GX200 originates from a Honda GX200 petrol engine, supplying steady torque across portable transfer duties.
From what vertical depth can the pump draft wastewater without auxiliary priming equipment when drafting from deep sumps?
Built-in priming passages on the RISP2BGV/GX200 draw fluid vertically from depths up to 7.6 m without requiring an external foot valve once the casing is filled.
Why is cast stainless steel selected for fertilizer decanting and chemical batching across acidic effluent transfer lines?
Cast 316 stainless steel wetted surfaces suit the RISP2 (RISP2BGV/GX200) for demanding transfer duties.
