Product Overview

Process-scale 660-litre transfer on 415 V runs EPDM-sealed in this three-phase 2-inch high-flow electric poly pump, holding high-flow output for continuous chemical plants. Hard-wired volume around the clock. Round-the-clock process flow is RSE2BRL/4/415, the 415 V high-flow unit with EPDM seals.

Open-discharge capacity peaks at 660 L/min, shutting off at 16 m head (23 PSI). The glass-filled polyester high-flow wet end carries the 975 impeller with EPDM seals through 50 mm ports in a 37 kg frame.

Around-the-clock process flow uses the 4 kW three-phase 415 V Protek motor, arriving without power cable or plug for hard-wired installation in the 37 kg frame. EPDM seals hold high-flow output across chemical transfer, diesel transfer and water transfer.

Chemical transfer, diesel transfer and water transfer are the stated duties for this electric pump. It suits fixed shed, workshop, plant and tank-transfer installations where operators need an electrically driven configuration for moving process liquids, fuel or general water through dedicated transfer lines.

Features

  • Clock-proof 4 kW 415 V three-phase motor with Protek drive runs process flow around the clock.

Is an auxiliary priming pump required to pull liquid from sub surface holding tanks across routine site transfer duties?

Built-in priming passages on the Aussie Pumps Electric Chemical RSE2 (RSE2BRL-4-415) draw fluid vertically from depths up to 7.6 m without requiring an external foot valve once the casing is filled.

Which maximum flow throughput and dynamic elevation head are achieved when discharging into storage tanks?

Across open pipeline runs, the RSE2BRL 4 415 pushes fluid at a maximum throughput of approximately 660 L/min while attaining a shut-off head ceiling of approximately 16 m.

What size particulate matter can travel through the casing without clogging internal passages across demanding site dewatering duties?

With the 975 impeller, RSE2BRL/4/415 batches clean chemicals without particulate solids.

What chemical advantages do specialized elastomer seals provide when transferring crop sprays without corroding from harsh liquid fertilizers?

Molded from glass-reinforced polypropylene, the RSE2BRL/4/415 withstands harsh agricultural chemicals, liquid feeds, and corrosive fertilizers.

Which phase connection and voltage feed are required at the terminal box during fixed installation wiring?

Incoming electrical supply operates the RSE2 (RSE2BRL/4/415) through an electric motor delivering 4 kW 415V 3-Phase.
