Product Overview

All-day chemical shuttling with key-start ease runs through this electric-start 2-inch high-flow polyester pump, pairing Viton sealing with 835 guided litres a minute behind an electric-start Honda. Start, pump, stop, repeat without the cord. All-day chemical shuttling with key starting is RSE2BRV/GX200E for repetitive transfer rounds.

Published guide-only performance spans 835 L/min open flow to a 25 m (36 PSI) shut-off head. The 2-inch high-flow polyester wet end carries the 975 impeller with Viton seals and 50 mm ports.

Repetitive shuttle work suits the 6.5 HP Honda GX200 electric-start engine, bringing key-switch starting to high-volume chemical rounds at 28 kg with starting gear aboard. Viton seals face the chemical brief across chemical transfer, diesel transfer, salt water pumping, water transfer and aquaculture.

This pump is specified for chemical transfer, diesel movement, salt-water pumping, water transfer and aquaculture. The broad liquid-handling range suits farm, shed and aquaculture work where operators need to move products, fuel, process water, salt water or pond water between operating points.

Features

  • Shuttle-ready 6.5 HP Honda GX200 electric start repeats start-pump-stop cycles without cord fatigue.
  • Load-after-load steadiness holds 835 L/min guide flow, shutting off at 25 m (36 PSI).
  • Round-proof Viton chemical seals with the 975 impeller withstand high-cycle chemical exposure.
  • Polyester 2-inch wet end with 50 mm ports handles shuttle volumes in a compact frame.
  • Gear-aboard 28 kg shuttle weight carries electric starting to every load in the round.
  • Round-proof cover with 5 years pump and 3 years Honda suits daily shuttle fleets.
  • Covered by the 5 year Aussie Pumps pump end warranty and 3 year Honda GX engine warranty.

Which starting method and engine configuration power this portable pump package across remote field operations?

A Honda GX200 6.5HP petrol motor drives the wet end of the Aussie Pumps Engine-Drive Chemical RSE2 (RSE2BRV-GX200E), allowing operators to decant bulk liquids away from grid power.

How does chemical grade plastic construction resist corrosive agricultural liquids during crop spraying batch operations?

Glass-reinforced polypropylene construction on the RSE2BRV GX200E resists chemical corrosion from liquid fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and agricultural sprays.

Does this self priming assembly require flooded intake manifolds to initiate liquid flow once the casing is charged?

Operating with built-in priming dynamics, the RSE2BRV/GX200E draws water from vertical depths up to 7.6 m without external priming equipment.

How does the impeller geometry clear heavy sediment without plugging the casing when pumping slurry runoff?

The 975 chemical impeller on RSE2BRV/GX200E transfers clean solutions without suspended particles across pipework runs.

Which peak fluid volume and vertical elevation pressure does this package deliver across long transfer runs?

Rated performance on the RSE2 (RSE2BRV/GX200E) generates an open discharge of approximately 835 L/min and achieves a total shut-off elevation of approximately 25 m.
