Product Overview
Three-phase process lines standardise on this 415 V 2-inch high-head electric poly pump, lifting up to 580 litres a minute, shutting off at 22.5 metres with EPDM seals for continuous chemical duty. Hard-wired for the plant room. Plant-room hard-wired transfer is RSE2BUL/4/415, the 415 V three-phase unit with EPDM seals.
Open-discharge capacity holds 580 L/min, shutting off at 22.5 m head (32 PSI). The 30% glass-filled polyester wet end carries the 706 impeller with EPDM seals through 50 mm ports in a 37 kg frame.
Plant-room hard wiring meets the 4 kW three-phase 415 V motor, running Protek protection as standard and arriving without power cable or plug in the 37 kg frame. Continuous chemical duty spans chemical transfer, diesel transfer and water transfer.
Chemical transfer, diesel transfer and water transfer are the stated duties for this electric pump. It suits fixed shed, workshop, plant and tank-transfer installations where operators need an electrically driven configuration for moving process liquids, fuel or general water through dedicated transfer lines.

How does the corrosion proof plastic wet end perform when pumping agricultural sprays across bulk liquid fertilizer tanks?
The chemical-resistant polyester housing on the Aussie Pumps Electric Chemical RSE2 (RSE2BUL-4-415) tolerates corrosive crop chemicals and liquid fertilizers.
How is electrical drive power delivered to turn the pump shaft on site without requiring phase converters?
Mechanical power on the RSE2BUL 4 415 is delivered by an electric drive rated at 4 kW 415V 3-Phase, built for direct connection to site power.
What peak fluid displacement volume and vertical head are developed across long transfer runs?
Operating across its performance curve, the RSE2BUL/4/415 discharges a maximum flow rate of approximately 580 L/min and develops a maximum elevation head of approximately 22.5 m.
How does internal casing geometry evacuate suction line air during dry starts across routine site transfer duties?
Vertical suction capability on the RSE2BUL/4/415 reaches up to 7.6 m, evacuating intake line air swiftly without requiring a flooded suction inlet.
How do the wide internal waterways clear slurry runoff without choking the suction eye across demanding site dewatering duties?
Built for clean chemical and water transfer, internal waterways on the RSE2 (RSE2BUL/4/415) are optimized for liquid solutions free of abrasive solid debris.
