Product Overview
Continuous polypropylene chemical circulation at 600 litres a minute runs on 415 V in this three-phase RSPRY2 pump, holding Halar-sealed precision for process loops that never sleep. Compatibility plus continuity. Sleepless-loop process circulation is RSPRY2BRV/4/415 with Halar precision on three phases.
Delivery peaks at 600 L/min open flow, shutting off at 16 m head (23 PSI). The polypropylene wet end spins the 975 impeller with a Halar siliconised graphite mechanical seal and Viton elastomers through 50 mm waterways.
Process loops that never sleep run on the 4 kW three-phase 415 V Protek motor in the 37 kg unit, delivered without cable or plug for continuity wiring. Halar-sealed precision with Viton elastomers covers chemical transfer, diesel transfer and water transfer.
Chemical transfer, diesel transfer and water transfer are the stated duties for this electric pump. It suits fixed shed, workshop, plant and tank-transfer installations where operators need an electrically driven configuration for moving process liquids, fuel or general water through dedicated transfer lines.

How is incoming electrical power wired to drive this close-coupled wet end without requiring phase converters?
Shaft propulsion for the Aussie Pumps Polypropylene Chemical RSPRY2 (RSPRY2BRV-4-415) is supplied by an electric motor rated at 4 kW 415V 3-Phase, protected by a weatherproof terminal enclosure.
Which elastomer seal compounds are fitted to resist chemical swelling from solvents without corroding from harsh liquid fertilizers?
Glass-reinforced polypropylene construction on the RSPRY2BRV 4 415 resists chemical corrosion from liquid fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and agricultural sprays.
From what vertical elevation below the inlet can this self priming unit draft fluid across routine site transfer duties?
Operating with built-in priming dynamics, the RSPRY2BRV/4/415 draws water from vertical depths up to 7.6 m without external priming equipment.
Can the wet end clear solids laden water without jamming the rotating assembly across demanding site dewatering duties?
The 975 chemical impeller on RSPRY2BRV/4/415 transfers clean solutions without suspended particles across pipework runs.
How high can this unit elevate liquid during open flow transfer under full operating speed?
Rated performance on the RSPRY2 (RSPRY2BRV/4/415) generates an open discharge of approximately 600 L/min and achieves a total shut-off elevation of approximately 16 m.
