Product Overview
Polypropylene construction for broader chemical compatibility shapes this 2-inch recoil-start Smart Pump, flowing a guided 835 litres a minute with Viton seals on Honda power. When polyester is not enough, polypropylene steps in. Beyond-polyester compatibility is RSPRY2BRV/GX200 in polypropylene with Viton seals.
Guide-only figures list 835 L/min open flow, shutting off at 25 m head (36 PSI). The polypropylene RSPRY2 wet end runs the 975 impeller with Viton seals through 50 mm ports at 22 kg.
Field independence at 22 kg comes from the 6.5 HP Honda GX200 recoil-start engine, freeing polypropylene transfer from power points for broad-chemistry duty. Chemical transfer, diesel transfer, salt water pumping, water transfer and aquaculture all sit in the rated brief.
Chemical transfer, diesel transfer, salt-water pumping, general water transfer and aquaculture are the listed applications for this engine-driven pump. It suits farms, aquaculture sites and transfer crews moving several liquid types between tanks, ponds, process points and service locations during regular working rounds.

How does the engine provide drive torque across remote field operations without requiring electrical mains hookups?
A Honda GX200 6.5HP petrol motor drives the wet end of the Aussie Pumps Polypropylene Chemical RSPRY2 (RSPRY2BRV-GX200), allowing operators to decant bulk liquids away from grid power.
How do polypropylene wet end surfaces tolerate harsh herbicides and pesticides across bulk liquid fertilizer tanks?
Glass-reinforced polypropylene construction on the RSPRY2BRV GX200 resists chemical corrosion from liquid fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and agricultural sprays.
From what vertical depth can the pump draft wastewater without auxiliary priming equipment once the casing is charged?
Automatic priming action on the RSPRY2BRV/GX200 drafts liquid from vertical depths down to 7.6 m without needing a foot valve.
What size spherical particles can clear the internal waterways during dewatering when pumping slurry runoff?
Designed for chemical decanting and liquid transfer, the RSPRY2BRV/GX200 uses the 975 impeller built for clean liquids and agricultural solutions without suspended solids.
What total discharge throughput and maximum elevation head can operators achieve across long transfer runs?
At peak operational capacity, the wet end of the RSPRY2 (RSPRY2BRV/GX200) produces up to approximately 835 L/min in open flow and reaches a maximum elevation head of approximately 25 m.
