Product Overview

Electric key start is part of this diesel marine configuration for high-pressure saltwater transfer, vessel washdown, and marine fire protection. Epoxy-coated body metallurgy, bronze internals, and zinc anode protect against salt decay. Engineered for proven service in severe coastal and maritime duties.

Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 60 m (85 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 400 L/min at zero static head. Built with an epoxy-coated aluminium casing, bronze closed impeller, bronze volute, ceramic/carbon seal, and zinc anode in drain plug. Dry boxed mass: 45 kg. High-tensile body metallurgy resists outdoor weathering and operational casing wear.

Driven by an electric-start Yanmar L48 (4.8 HP) diesel engine in a free stainless steel full roll frame with anti-vibration mounts (battery supplied separately). Plumbing features 2" inlet with 3-way outlet (2 x 1" & 1 x 1.5"), self-priming lift reaching 7.6 m. High-torque Yanmar diesel engine drive delivers strong fuel economy on site.

Supplied with free Geomet-treated couplings, suction strainer, and stainless steel external fasteners for complete saltwater defense. Supported by factory technical assembly schematics, product guides, and replacement parts stockists through distributor networks across Australia. Complete technical assembly schematics and spare parts are available nationwide through Aussie Pumps distribution networks.
