Product Overview

Four-inch porting allows high-volume saltwater transfer for barge dewatering, aquaculture supply, and port washing in this marine configuration. Features full epoxy body coating inside and out, bronze impeller, bronze volute, and sacrificial zinc anode protection.

Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 32 m (45 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 1,500 L/min at zero static head. The marine aluminium casing houses a heavy bronze impeller, bronze volute, ceramic/carbon mechanical seal, and zinc anode in drain plug. Dry weight: 110 kg. High-tensile body metallurgy resists outdoor weathering and harsh operating environments.

Powered by an electric-start Yanmar L100 (10 HP) diesel engine in a free stainless steel full roll frame with anti-vibration mounts (battery supplied separately). Plumbing incorporates 4" x 4" BSP male ports, with self-priming passages lifting fluid up to 8.2 m. High-torque Yanmar diesel engine drive delivers strong fuel economy and operating endurance on site.

Includes free Geomet-treated couplings, suction strainer, and stainless steel external fasteners for complete saltwater defense. Supported by factory technical assembly schematics, user guides, and genuine replacement component stockists across distributor channels. Complete technical assembly schematics and spare parts stockists support ongoing field operations.

Which connection threads and delivery ports are standard equipment?

Fittings supplied on the Aussie Pumps Sea Skipper Marine QP402ED (QP402ED-L100E) incorporate 4" x 4" BSP male threaded inlet and outlet ports, allowing direct hose coupling.

What maximum flow delivery and vertical lift pressure are engineered?

The QP402ED-L100E produces up to approximately 1,500 L/min in volumetric throughput and develops a maximum head of approximately 32 m.

How does the corrosion-inhibited casing perform in offshore marine transfer?

Protected by marine conversion coatings and sacrificial zinc anodes, the QP402ED-L100E maintains casing integrity while shifting broad volumes of brine between boat hulls and holding tanks.

How deep can this unit draft water from unpressurized storage sources?

Suction lift depth for the QP402ED L100E spans up to approximately 7.6 m vertically, enabling convenient drafting from open trenches.

What engine propulsion system and startup control are included?

Powering the hydraulic wet end of the QP402ED/L100E is a Yanmar L100 10HP electric-start diesel engine, started by key-switch electric start.
