Product Overview

Four-inch porting and a protective steel roll frame make this configuration suited to high-volume dewatering and bulk transfer. Ideal for construction sites, civil water carts, and broadacre channel transfer. Configured for deliver proven water transfer across demanding rural property.

Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 50 m (71 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 1,400 L/min at zero static head. Constructed with a heavy marine-grade aluminium casing, closed transfer impeller, and carbon ceramic mechanical seal. Mass: 110 kg in frame. High-tensile body metallurgy resists outdoor weathering and harsh operating environments.

Powered by an electric-start Yanmar L100 (10 HP) diesel engine in a steel roll frame with battery tray (battery supplied separately). Plumbing features large 4" x 4" BSP male ports, while internal self-priming passages draw water from depths up to 8 m. High-torque Yanmar diesel engine drive delivers strong fuel economy on site.

Designed with replaceable flanged suction ports and polycarbonate drain plugs to streamline field servicing during peak dewatering shifts. Supported by complete technical assembly schematics, user guides, and spare parts stockists across distributor networks. Polycarbonate priming plugs and zinc-plated casing bolts simplify routine field maintenance.

How does the four-inch marine configuration streamline emergency vessel dewatering?

Broad four-inch intake and discharge galleries on the QP402SL-EDL100E evacuate seawater at up to approximately 1,400 L/min, providing high-capacity displacement to stabilize flooded hulls quickly.

What open water delivery and head limits are developed by the wet end?

The QP402SL-EDL100E provides strong fluid displacement with a maximum flow of approximately 1,400 L/min and a maximum head of approximately 50 m.

Which combustion powerplant and starting method provide rotational drive?

The QP402SL EDL100E is energized by a Yanmar L100 10HP electric-start diesel engine, using key-switch electric start for field dependability.
