Product Overview
Portable chemical and diesel transfer is backed by this compact-port configuration, fitted with an Emergency Stop Switch (E-Stop) and engine stop/start solenoid. Built for safe chemical mixing and diesel fuel transfer across agricultural and commercial properties.
Hydraulic performance encompasses a maximum shut-off head of 28 m (40 PSI) at zero flow and an open-discharge flow capacity of up to 700 L/min at zero static head. The marine-grade aluminium volute and casing house an open cast-iron impeller, Viton mechanical seal, and Viton check valve. Boxed mass: 70 kg. High-tensile body metallurgy resists outdoor weathering and operational casing wear.
Driven by an electric-start Yanmar L48 (4.8 HP) diesel engine with stop/start solenoid and E-Stop switch (battery supplied separately). Plumbing connections feature 2" x 2" BSP male ports with replaceable flanged porting, self-priming to 7.6 m vertical suction depth. High-torque Yanmar diesel engine drive delivers strong fuel economy.
Full protective roll frame isolates mechanical vibration during rough site transit. Supported by factory technical assembly diagrams, user manuals, and genuine replacement component stockists through Aussie Pumps distribution channels nationwide for site service. Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
