The Bianco 250L Wastewater Pump Pit is a complete packaged sewage pump station designed for residential, commercial, and light industrial wastewater transfer applications. The system includes a durable 250-litre polyethylene pump pit and the heavy-duty Bianco B120GS2 submersible grinder pump, allowing sewage and wastewater containing soft solids to be ground into a slurry for efficient pumping through discharge pipelines.
Powered by a 1.5 kW single-phase motor, the B120GS2 grinder pump delivers flows up to approximately 341 litres per minute with a maximum head of 20 metres. The grinder cutting system reduces solids such as sanitary materials and organic waste, preventing blockages and ensuring reliable wastewater transport in pump-away systems where gravity drainage is not possible.
The packaged station includes the Bianco iCON 250L polyethylene tank with a secure lid, pre-installed internal pipework, ball valve, non-return valve, and barrel unions for easy pump removal and servicing. The system also incorporates the Bianco iALARM level alarm with audible and visual alerts for high-level conditions, providing an added layer of safety and monitoring for sewage installations.
