The Bianco MULTI5-30PRO is a compact horizontal multistage pump engineered for applications requiring reliable pressure delivery such as water transfer, pressure boosting, and light irrigation systems. Its self-priming capability allows efficient operation when drawing water from tanks or shallow sources.
Performance is defined by a maximum head of 57 metres and a maximum flow rate of 60 L/Min, making it suitable for installations where higher pressure is required with controlled flow output. The multistage hydraulic design supports stable and consistent operation across varying demand conditions.
The unit is powered by a 0.55 kW single-phase motor operating on 220–240V. It features an asynchronous TEFC motor with in-built thermal overload protection, F-class insulation, and an IP45 protection rating. The integrated nXt PRO controller enables automatic operation and includes dry-run protection, frequent start protection, and maximum run-time control.
Constructed with a stainless steel pump body, the pump offers durability and corrosion resistance. Internally, composite impellers and diffusers are used to optimise pressure generation, while a silicon carbide and carbon mechanical seal ensures reliable sealing performance.
The pump is suitable for liquid temperatures from 2°C to 40°C and operates at a maximum pressure of 8 bar for the pump and 10 bar for the controller. It is fitted with 1" BSPF inlet and 1" BSPF outlet connections for standard installation compatibility.
Supplied prewired with the Bianco nXt PRO controller, the system supports dual-mode automatic operation and is commonly used in domestic supply systems, washing applications, and light commercial environments.
