Built for applications requiring consistent pressure and higher flow output, the Bianco MULTI5-80PRO is a horizontal multistage self-priming pump suited for light commercial systems, water transfer, and pressure boosting duties. Its design allows reliable operation when drawing water from tanks or shallow sources.
This model delivers a maximum flow rate of 120 L/Min and a maximum head of 59 metres, providing stable performance in installations that demand both flow and pressure efficiency.
The pump incorporates a stainless steel body for durability and corrosion resistance. Internally, composite impellers and diffusers are used to optimise hydraulic efficiency across multiple stages. A silicon carbide and carbon mechanical seal supports long-term operational reliability.
It is powered by a 1 kW single-phase motor operating on 220–240V, using an asynchronous TEFC design with in-built thermal overload protection. With IP45 protection rating and F-class insulation, the unit is engineered for safe and dependable operation. The integrated nXt PRO controller enables automatic dual-mode functionality, including dry-run protection, frequent start protection, and maximum run-time control.
The system supports liquid temperatures from 2°C to 40°C and operates at a maximum pressure of 8 bar for the pump and 10 bar for the controller. Standard connections include 1" BSPF inlet and 1" BSPF outlet for installation compatibility.
Supplied prewired with the nXt PRO controller, the unit is suited for applications such as washing systems, irrigation setups, and domestic supply systems requiring automated pressure management.
