Groundwater recovery from standard 4-inch boreholes is the primary application for this submersible pump, which handles clean water with suspended sand concentrations up to 150 g/m³. Rated for continuous duty, the unit supports residential supply and small-scale pressurised systems with stable operating characteristics.

The 10-stage hydraulic assembly is driven by a 0.37 kW three-phase motor at 415V, achieving a maximum head of 63 meters and a flow rate of 25 L/Min. NEMA-standard motor coupling allows straightforward flange connection and simplified field maintenance.

Within the hydraulic section, LEXAN radial floating impellers work in conjunction with reinforced polycarbonate diffusers. This arrangement permits axial movement within the stage casing, helping to accommodate sand particles without motor seizure or internal stage damage.

AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a chrome-nickel steel suction lantern and a built-in non-return valve in the delivery casing. This valve prevents backflow and protects the stages from water column weight. The motor is rated for liquid temperatures up to 35°C with Class F insulation and IP68 protection for submerged operation.

    FEATURES

    • AISI 304 stainless steel external jacket provides corrosion resistance for long-term borehole installation
    • Reinforced polycarbonate diffusers maintain consistent hydraulic velocity and pressure across the stage assembly
    • Radial floating impeller design with axial movement capability reduces mechanical binding risk when handling abrasive water
    • Built-in non-return valve in the delivery casing protects against backflow and water hammer during shutdown cycles
    • NEMA-standard motor coupling ensures compatibility with a broad range of submersible motor units for simplified replacement
    • Chrome-nickel steel suction filter prevents oversized debris and mineral particles from entering the internal stages
    • Polyacetal POM bearing bush supports the shaft and reduces friction during high-speed rotation
    • Class F insulation and IP68 protection rating support reliable operation under continuous submersion
