The hydraulic section uses high-strength LEXAN floating impellers that move axially within the stage casing, helping to maintain operation when sand is present in the water. This design reduces the likelihood of impeller lock compared to fixed-impeller configurations, with polycarbonate diffusers directing flow through each stage.
AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a chrome-nickel steel delivery casing and a non-return valve housed in the discharge port. This valve prevents column drainage and protects the hydraulics from reverse rotation. The unit is rated for water temperatures up to 35°C and includes a chrome-nickel steel suction filter.
