Driven by a 0.55 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the 19-stage assembly generates a maximum head of 118 meters at a flow rate of 25 L/Min. The mechanical interface conforms to NEMA flange standards, providing a reliable connection point for high-performance submersible motors.
Radial floating impellers manufactured from LEXAN allow axial movement to accommodate sand passage, helping to protect the polycarbonate diffusers from abrasive wear. This floating stage configuration is particularly suited to deep borehole applications where geological sediment is present.
The AISI 304 stainless steel external jacket provides a barrier against borehole oxidation and chemical groundwater attack. An integrated non-return valve in the delivery casing prevents the water column from damaging the pump during shutdown. Rated for liquids up to 35°C, the assembly includes a chrome-nickel steel suction lantern and a Class F insulated motor.
