A 7.5 kW three-phase motor at 415V drives the 27-stage assembly, achieving a maximum head of 130 meters and a peak flow of 400 L/Min. The mechanical interface conforms to NEMA standards, ensuring a secure connection to high-output 4-inch submersible borehole motors.
Within each stage, LEXAN floating impellers can move axially against polycarbonate diffusers, helping to prevent seizure when sand particles pass through the casing. Consistent operation is maintained during high-capacity transfer duty from significant depths.
AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a delivery casing incorporating a built-in non-return valve to protect the hydraulics and motor from backflow and reverse rotation during shutdown. Rated for water up to 35°C, the assembly includes a chrome-nickel steel suction lantern and a Class F insulated motor.
