    Pairs well with

Residential water distribution networks benefit from this submersible pump's efficient groundwater recovery from 4-inch wells. It handles clean liquids with suspended sand up to 150 g/m³ and maintains operational stability during continuous duty cycles for household supply and garden irrigation.

Driven by a 0.37 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the 5-stage assembly achieves a peak head of 32 meters and a maximum flow of 50 L/Min. The motor coupling conforms to NEMA standards, allowing for standardised mechanical synchronisation and simplified field replacement.

At the heart of the hydraulic design are LEXAN floating impellers that move axially against polycarbonate diffusers. This axial movement helps to accommodate sand particles without motor seizure, protecting the internal stages from abrasive wear in wells with moderate sediment levels.

AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a delivery casing incorporating a built-in non-return valve to prevent backflow and reduce water hammer risk. Rated for immersion in liquids up to 35°C, the assembly features Class F insulation and IP68 protection for continuous underwater service.

    FEATURES

    • Radial floating impeller technology permits axial movement to accommodate sand and reduce mechanical binding risk
    • Reinforced polycarbonate diffusers maintain consistent hydraulic velocity and pressure across the stage assembly
    • Built-in non-return valve in the delivery casing protects against backflow and water hammer during shutdown
    • AISI 304 stainless steel external jacket provides a corrosion-resistant shell for deep borehole installations
    • NEMA-standard motor coupling ensures compatibility with a wide range of submersible motor units
    • Chrome-nickel steel suction filter prevents oversized debris from entering the internal stages
    • Polyacetal POM bearing bush supports the shaft and reduces friction during high-speed rotation
    • Class F insulation and IP68 protection support reliable operation under continuous submersion
