    Pairs well with

High-volume extraction for irrigation and rural supply is the primary application for this submersible pump from 4-inch wells. It processes clean liquids containing sand up to 150 g/m³ and supports continuous duty for pressurised distribution and garden irrigation.

A 0.75 kW three-phase motor at 415V drives the 9-stage assembly, achieving a peak head of 55 meters and a flow rate of 100 L/Min. The motor coupling conforms to NEMA standards, providing a standardised mechanical connection for simplified maintenance and universal flange compatibility.

Each stage incorporates LEXAN floating impellers that move axially against polycarbonate diffusers, helping to prevent sand particles from jamming the rotation. The smooth flow path through the multiple stages contributes to consistent water delivery.

AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a delivery casing incorporating a built-in non-return valve to protect the motor from reverse rotation and water column weight. Rated for immersion in liquids up to 35°C, the assembly includes a chrome-nickel steel suction lantern and a Class F insulated motor.

    FEATURES

    • Radial floating impellers accommodate sand while reducing mechanical blockage risk
    • Reinforced polycarbonate diffusers offer strength and resistance to thermal stress
    • Nine-stage radial configuration delivers 55 meters of head for rural water supply and irrigation
    • AISI 304 stainless steel external jacket provides resistance to borehole oxidation and chemical groundwater attack
    • Built-in non-return valve protects the motor and stages from reverse rotation stress and column water weight
    • NEMA-standard flange coupling simplifies field installation and allows flexible pairing with submersible motors
    • Chrome-nickel steel suction lantern with integrated filter blocks mineral debris from the internal stages
    • Class F insulation and IP68 protection support continuous duty in fully submerged wells
