    Pairs well with

Bulk water supply and civil infrastructure requiring large-scale groundwater extraction from 4-inch wells are the primary application for this submersible pump. It processes clean water with suspended sand up to 300 g/m³ and supports continuous duty for residential utility distribution networks.

A 3 kW three-phase motor at 415V drives the 17-stage assembly, achieving a peak head of 98 meters and a flow rate of 220 L/Min. The motor coupling conforms to NEMA standards, providing a standardised mechanical connection for simplified maintenance.

Each stage incorporates LEXAN floating impellers that move axially to accommodate sand particles, helping to protect the polycarbonate diffusers from wear and supporting consistent operation throughout the unit's service life.

AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a delivery casing incorporating a built-in non-return valve to protect the hydraulics and motor from backflow and reverse rotation during shutdown. Rated for water up to 35°C, the assembly includes a chrome-nickel steel suction filter.

    FEATURES

    • LEXAN radial floating impellers are designed to handle sand while reducing internal mechanical binding risk
    • High-performance polycarbonate diffusers maintain a smooth hydraulic flow path for improved energy efficiency
    • Seventeen-stage hydraulic configuration delivers 98 meters of head for deep-well recovery and high-flow supply
    • AISI 304 stainless steel external jacket provides resistance to borehole oxidation and chemical attack
    • Built-in non-return valve protects the internal hydraulics from back-pressure and water hammer
    • NEMA-standard coupling simplifies field installation and ensures compatibility with various submersible motors
    • Chrome-nickel steel suction lantern blocks mineral debris and oversized particulates from the intake
    • Class F insulation and IP68 protection support continuous duty in deep, fully submerged boreholes
