Utilising a single Calpeda MXH 1605 horizontal multistage pump, this packaged plant achieves flows up to 416.7 L/Min. For vertical risers and pressurised distribution lines, the pump assembly can reach up to 57.5 m of head. It excels in central hot-water recirculation, process cooling, and multi-floor potable supply networks.
Control accuracy comes from differential pressure switches with a microprocessor control board that supervises system demand around the clock. As fixture draw lowers line pressure past the activation threshold, the electronic board initiates pump operation and sustains run status until target pressure stabilizes. Intelligent anti-cycling logic prevents erratic switching caused by minor pressure dips, extending the service life of both mechanical seals and motor contactors.
All manifold pipework is constructed from durable stainless steel AISI 304, featuring a 50 mm suction header and a 40 mm discharge manifold sized to prevent cavitation and velocity loss. Full-bore isolation ball valves and positive-sealing check valves are factory fitted to simplify routine maintenance and block reverse flow. An onboard pressure gauge gives instant visual verification, while a manifold port accommodates an external diaphragm tank.
Engineered for heavy-duty three-phase 415 V electrical infrastructure, the booster motor features a three-phase 400/690 V winding rating suitable for industrial power distribution. Its 2-pole induction design runs at 2900 rpm (50 Hz) in accordance with IEC 60034 specifications and incorporates Class F insulation for superior heat tolerance. Producing 4 kW (P2) of mechanical power, the motor draws a modest 5.5 A under full duty.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
