Driven by one Calpeda MXH 2002 horizontal multistage pump, this factory-assembled skid delivers flow rates up to 400 L/Min. To support elevated outlets and long pipe runs, the package can deliver up to 31.4 m of head. Schools, office buildings, and light manufacturing plants rely on its high-flow hydraulic profile to keep multiple outlets supplied simultaneously.
To maintain consistent line pressure without manual intervention, the skid employs differential pressure switches with a microprocessor control board. As water draw lowers manifold pressure below the cut-in point, the controller activates the pump and supervises operation until target pressure is achieved. Integrated anti-cycling timers buffer the system against brief pressure fluctuations, reducing mechanical wear and preventing contactor chatter.
Both the suction and discharge manifolds are TIG-welded from stainless steel AISI 304, combining a 50 mm inlet header with a 40 mm outlet header for unrestricted fluid movement. Full-bore isolation ball valves and spring-loaded non-return valves come pre-mounted to facilitate routine servicing and block backflow. Technicians can monitor operating pressure on the analog gauge and connect an external diaphragm vessel via the dedicated header port.
Built for three-phase 415 V commercial power supplies, the electric drive features a three-phase 230/400 V motor winding rating compliant with IEC 60034 standards. Its 2-pole induction motor operates at 2900 rpm (50 Hz) with Class F insulation protecting the windings during continuous duty cycles. Rated at 1.8 kW (P2) shaft output, the motor draws a nominal current of 4.8 A.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
