Anchored by 1 Calpeda MXH 2004 horizontal multistage pump, this heavy-duty skid delivers up to 400 L/Min. Up to 64.5 m of delivery head can be developed to keep upper-level fixtures properly pressurised. Whether pressurising multi-level apartment complexes or feeding high-temperature washdown lines, the assembly maintains steady output across peak operating periods.
Responsive cut-in and cut-out supervision is provided by differential pressure switches with a microprocessor control board mounted on the skid. Whenever downstream consumption pulls manifold pressure below the activation threshold, the electronic controller starts the pump and maintains run status until system pressure is fully restored. Anti-cycling timer logic prevents erratic switching caused by minor line draw, safeguarding electrical contactors and mechanical seals.
Process water passes through stainless steel AISI 304 headers featuring a 50 mm inlet manifold and a 40 mm outlet manifold sized for low friction loss. Factory-installed isolation ball valves and non-return check valves allow quick pump isolation during servicing and stop reverse backflow when idle. Operators also benefit from an integrated system pressure gauge and a dedicated connection port for an external diaphragm vessel.
Configured for connection to a three-phase 415 V mains supply, the drive assembly uses a three-phase 400/690 V motor winding rating compliant with IEC 60034 standards. Its high-efficiency 2-pole induction motor operates at 2900 rpm (50 Hz) and incorporates Class F insulation for long-term thermal durability. Rated at 4 kW (P2) of shaft power, the motor draws just 5.5 A at full duty.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
