The BS1F 1MXH 3203 booster system leverages a single Calpeda MXH 3203 horizontal multistage pump to supply flow volumes up to 833.3 L/Min during peak demand. To overcome friction losses across long pipe runs and risers, it can develop up to 50 m of head.
Reliable start-stop automation is handled by differential pressure switches with a microprocessor control board engineered for commercial boosting duties. Whenever downstream water usage lowers manifold pressure past the preset threshold, the microprocessor activates the pump and supervises run time until full cut-out pressure is restored. Calibrated anti-cycling thresholds prevent rapid motor restarting when minor leaks or trickle flows occur.
All primary wet-end pipework is fabricated from polished stainless steel AISI 304 to withstand corrosive water conditions and elevated temperatures. A large 100 mm suction manifold ensures flooded, low-velocity entry into the pump casing, while the 80 mm discharge header directs boosted flow into the main line. Isolation ball valves, a non-return check valve, a pressure gauge, and an expansion tank take-off come pre-installed.
Powering the hydraulic end is a high-efficiency motor fed from a three-phase 415 V supply and wound for three-phase 400/690 V operation. Built to IEC 60034 standards with Class F insulation, the 2-pole induction unit rotates at 2900 rpm (50 Hz), generating 5.5 kW (P2) of mechanical power while consuming 6.2 A at rated duty.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
