Anchored by 1 Calpeda MXHL 205 horizontal multistage pump, the BS1F 1MXHL 205 station supplies up to 80 L/Min of flow. When boosting water to upper floors, the system can develop up to 53.5 m of delivery head. It provides dependable pressure reinforcement wherever single-line vertical distribution demands extra lift.
Intelligent start-stop management comes from factory-set differential pressure switches linked directly to a microprocessor control board. Rather than reacting to momentary pressure ripples in the pipework, the controller filters switch signals with anti-bounce logic to extend contactor and motor service life. Comprehensive onboard diagnostics immediately halt operation if abnormal running conditions or supply interruptions arise.
All primary fluid pathways pass through pickled and passivated stainless steel AISI 304 manifolds featuring a 32 mm suction connection and a 25 mm delivery outlet. Integrated isolation ball valves and a positive-sealing check valve keep the column of water primed and prevent backflow surges. The header assembly also incorporates a direct-reading pressure gauge and a threaded branch port for attaching an external diaphragm tank.
Designed for connection to a three-phase 415 V electrical distribution board, the motor features a three-phase 230/400 V winding configuration. Its 2-pole induction rotor runs at a nominal 2900 rpm (50 Hz), developing 0.75 kW (P2) of output power while drawing 2 A at full load. Built strictly to IEC 60034 requirements with Class F thermal insulation, the drive assembly withstands demanding thermal and mechanical duty.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
