Taller commercial risers, rooftop plant feeds, and long-distance ring mains require substantial boosting head without oversized flow pipework. Powered by a single Calpeda MXHL 206 horizontal multistage pump, the BS1F 1MXHL 206 pressure set delivers up to 80 L/Min. Up to 65 m of head is available to maintain line pressure across elevated risers. This dedicated single-pump package guarantees strong outlet pressure at the highest fixtures in the building.
Responsive pressure supervision is handled by precision differential pressure switches working in tandem with a microprocessor control board. When downstream fixtures draw water, the control unit engages the pump smoothly and applies minimum run-time algorithms to prevent rapid on-off cycling. Built-in protective logic continuously watches for dry running or electrical faults, shutting the motor down before damage can occur.
Engineered around heavy-gauge stainless steel AISI 304 headers, the hydraulic assembly pairs a 32 mm suction manifold with a 25 mm discharge manifold. Dedicated isolation ball valves work alongside an internal non-return check valve to lock line pressure in place and simplify routine servicing. A clearly visible system pressure gauge and a pre-tapped port for an external diaphragm vessel come fitted as standard on the manifold.
Wired for a standard Australian three-phase 415 V power supply, the pump utilises a three-phase 230/400 V rated motor winding. The close-coupled 2-pole induction motor operates at 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz supply, delivering 1.1 kW (P2) of mechanical power with a rated current draw of 2.7 A. Conforming to IEC 60034 standards and equipped with Class F insulation, the motor provides long-lasting electrical reliability.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
