Built around 1 Calpeda MXHL 803 horizontal multistage pump, the BS1F 1MXHL 803 booster set delivers a substantial 216.7 L/Min full-load flow. For demanding vertical distribution, the multistage design can build up to 32 m of head. This high-capacity single-pump package keeps wide distribution mains fully pressurised during peak draw periods.
Supervisory pressure control is managed by factory-calibrated differential pressure switches wired into an intelligent microprocessor control board. Rather than allowing brief pressure dips to trigger constant restarts, the microprocessor enforces anti-cycling delay logic that preserves switchgear and motor integrity. Automatic fault monitoring remains active at all times to shut the unit down if dry-running or overload conditions occur.
To accommodate higher flow velocities without excessive friction loss, the stainless steel AISI 304 manifolds feature an enlarged 40 mm suction inlet paired with a 25 mm discharge outlet. Heavy-duty isolation ball valves and a positive-sealing check valve prevent backflow hammer and allow straightforward maintenance isolation. The header also integrates a clear system pressure gauge and a dedicated port for an external expansion vessel.
Fed from a three-phase 415 V commercial power circuit, the drive assembly utilises a three-phase 230/400 V motor winding configuration. Manufactured to IEC 60034 standards with Class F insulation, the motor delivers dependable performance under sustained high-flow operation.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
