Driven by 1 Calpeda MXHL 804 horizontal multistage pump, the BS1F 1MXHL 804 boosting station supplies up to 216.7 L/Min. Up to 42.5 m of delivery head can be developed to keep upper-level fixtures properly pressurised. Its single-pump architecture provides generous flow capacity without occupying excessive plant-room floor space.
Onboard pressure regulation combines robust differential pressure switches with a dedicated microprocessor control board. As downstream valves open and close across the building network, the microprocessor evaluates pressure switch contacts using built-in delay timers that eliminate rapid motor hunting and water hammer. Continuous electronic supervision also guards the system against dry running, phase loss, and thermal overload.
Engineered for high-volume fluid transfer, the stainless steel AISI 304 manifolds pair a generous 40 mm suction header with a 25 mm delivery outlet. Integrated isolation ball valves and a spring-loaded non-return check valve maintain prime and allow clean isolation during routine inspections. Operators can check live discharge pressure on the manifold gauge and attach an external diaphragm vessel via the pre-tapped connection port.
Supplied by a three-phase 415 V electrical circuit, the close-coupled motor features a three-phase 230/400 V winding rating. This 2-pole induction unit spins at roughly 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz supply, delivering 1.5 kW (P2) of shaft output at a rated current of 3.6 A. Full adherence to IEC 60034 motor standards and Class F thermal insulation guarantees long service life under continuous commercial loads.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
