Integrating two Calpeda MXH 3201 horizontal multistage pumps on a heavy-duty frame, the BS2F 2MXH 3201 twin booster set delivers a massive combined flow of up to 1466.6 L/Min. To support elevated outlets and long pipe runs, the package can deliver up to 16.3 m of head. This dual-pump configuration guarantees abundant volume delivery alongside dependable duty-standby security.
Managing the two high-flow pumps is a microprocessor control board guided by calibrated differential pressure switches on the delivery manifold. During moderate draw-off, the lead pump maintains line pressure single-handedly, while the second unit stages online automatically when heavy demand exceeds single-pump capacity. Built-in duty alternation rotates the primary pump role after each run cycle, and anti-cycling timers prevent rapid start-stop oscillations.
High-flow stainless steel AISI 304 suction and delivery headers accommodate high flow velocities without excessive turbulence or pressure drop. Site pipework interfaces with a generous 100 mm suction inlet and an 80 mm discharge outlet, supported by individual isolation ball valves and non-return check valves on each pump branch. A clear system pressure gauge and a pre-plumbed connection point for an external diaphragm vessel complete the manifold assembly.
Main switchboard power enters via a three-phase 415 V feed connected to industrial motors featuring three-phase 400/690 V windings. Each 2-pole induction motor operates at approximately 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz network, producing 4 kW (P2) of mechanical power and drawing 5.5 A per unit. Built to IEC 60034 standards with Class F winding insulation, both motors are engineered for continuous heavy-duty operation.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
