Product Overview
Demanding district water loops, sports facilities, and large manufacturing plants depend on high-capacity pumping skids that never bottleneck during peak draw-off. Assembled with two Calpeda MXH 3202 horizontal multistage pumps, the BS2F 2MXH 3202 packaged booster system supplies up to 1666.6 L/Min of flow. For demanding vertical distribution, the multistage design can build up to 33 m of head. Its twin-pump design balances massive volumetric throughput with reliable backup protection.
Sequential pump operation is controlled by differential pressure switches wired to a central microprocessor control board. Rather than running both motors unnecessarily, the controller activates the duty pump first and brings the assist unit online only when heavy water usage pulls manifold pressure lower. Automatic alternation switches the lead assignment after every cycle to keep wear uniform, while anti-cycling logic prevents frequent motor restarts.
Formed from clean-service stainless steel AISI 304, the large-bore suction and delivery manifolds handle high volumetric flow with minimal head loss. Plumbers can connect primary feed pipes to the 100 mm inlet header and distribute boosted water through the 80 mm outlet manifold. Full-bore isolation ball valves, non-return check valves, a dial pressure gauge, and an external expansion vessel connection port are all factory integrated.
Driven by a standard three-phase 415 V electrical supply, the twin motors feature heavy-duty three-phase 400/690 V stator windings. Each 2-pole induction drive spins at roughly 2900 rpm on 50 Hz mains power, delivering 4 kW (P2) of shaft output while drawing a rated current of 5.5 A. Manufactured to IEC 60034 specifications with Class F thermal insulation, the electrical package ensures long service life.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
