Large-scale commercial towers, hospital campuses, and industrial processing lines often require both high volumetric flow and substantial vertical lift. Combining two Calpeda MXH 3203 horizontal multistage pumps on a unified skid, the BS2F 2MXH 3203 twin booster set delivers up to 1666.6 L/Min of full-load flow. Up to 50 m of delivery head can be developed to keep upper-level fixtures properly pressurised. This heavy-duty dual-pump package ensures unwavering pressure stability across high-demand pipe networks.
Automatic lead-lag staging is governed by calibrated differential pressure switches connected to an onboard microprocessor control board. When downstream fixtures open, the primary pump starts immediately to hold line pressure, and the secondary pump cascades online only if consumption outstrips single-pump capacity. Sequential duty alternation swaps the lead role after every cycle to equalise mechanical wear, while anti-cycling timers prevent rapid contactor switching.
Heavy-gauge stainless steel AISI 304 suction and delivery headers provide corrosion-free fluid collection and low friction loss under high flow rates. The manifold assembly incorporates a 100 mm suction inlet and an 80 mm discharge outlet, complete with individual isolation ball valves and non-return check valves on each pump leg. An integrated system pressure gauge and a dedicated connection port for an external diaphragm tank simplify site installation.
Both pumps are powered by a three-phase 415 V site supply feeding high-efficiency motors wound for three-phase 400/690 V operation. Each 2-pole induction motor runs at approximately 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz supply, producing 5.5 kW (P2) of mechanical power and drawing 6.2 A at full load. Engineered in accordance with IEC 60034 standards and protected by Class F insulation, these drives withstand continuous commercial duty.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
