The BSM1F 1MXHLM 206 booster system features a Calpeda MXHLM 206 horizontal multistage pump that supports flow rates up to 80 L/Min during peak draw-offs. Engineered for tall risers, the multistage wet end can develop up to 65 m of head.
Precise cut-in and cut-out control is achieved through differential pressure switches with a microprocessor control board that monitors manifold pressure continuously. Whenever water draw-off causes line pressure to fall past the preset threshold, the processor activates the booster and holds it online until full system pressure recovers. Anti-cycling protection prevents repetitive motor starts during minor pressure dips.
Precision-welded suction and delivery manifolds made of stainless steel AISI 304 maintain clean water quality and resist internal corrosion. Fluid enters through a 32 mm inlet header and exits via a 25 mm discharge manifold equipped with a direct-reading pressure gauge. Full-bore isolation ball valves, a non-return check valve, and an external vessel connection point are built right in.
Powered via a single-phase 230 V electrical supply that matches the motor winding rating directly, this high-head unit avoids the complexity of three-phase power installation. The 2-pole induction drive spins at 2900 rpm (50 Hz) with Class F thermal insulation and full IEC 60034 compliance, delivering a robust 1.1 kW (P2) shaft output while drawing 7.4 A.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
