Engineered around one Calpeda MXHLM 404 horizontal multistage pump, the BSM1F 1MXHLM 404 package overcomes static elevation and pipework friction with ease. Flow capacity reaches up to 133.3 L/Min to serve showers, kitchens, and washrooms during peak occupancy. Where vertical lift is needed, the pump can develop up to 40.5 m of head.
Coordinated electronic pressure sensing regulates every operating cycle via differential pressure switches linked to an onboard microprocessor control board. As building outlets open and line pressure dips, the control logic triggers immediate pump engagement and holds operation until full cut-out pressure is restored. Programmable anti-cycling delays stop nuisance switching caused by dripping taps or small pressure fluctuations, extending contactor life and reducing mechanical wear.
Rust-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel headers form the structural fluid pathway across both the suction and discharge sides of the skid. Site pipework mates directly with a 32 mm suction manifold and discharges through a 25 mm delivery manifold. Heavy-duty isolation ball valves allow straightforward maintenance access alongside integrated non-return valves that block backflow, accompanied by an easy-to-read system pressure gauge and a dedicated connection port for an external expansion vessel.
Convenient single-phase power integration allows the unit to operate from a single-phase 230 V electrical feed matched directly to its motor windings. The close-coupled 2-pole induction motor runs at 2900 rpm on 50 Hz mains power, producing a rated shaft output of 0.75 kW (P2) while drawing 5.7 A at full load. All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
