High-flow single-phase water distribution across busy commercial kitchens, sports facilities, and large rural homesteads requires a wide-capacity hydraulic package. The BSM1F 1MXHLM 803 booster set meets high simultaneous draw-offs using one Calpeda MXHLM 803 horizontal multistage pump mounted on a rigid steel skid. Capable of delivering flow rates up to 216.7 L/Min, it keeps multiple showers, washdown hoses, and appliances well supplied. Up to 32 m of head is available to prevent pressure droop across the distribution network.
Microprocessor-supervised pressure regulation coordinates pump starting and stopping through factory-calibrated differential pressure switches. When water draw-offs lower manifold pressure to the cut-in point, the control board engages the pump and tracks system recovery until the cut-out setting is satisfied. Integrated anti-cycling timers block rapid on-off oscillation during small leaks or trickle usage, extending the service life of both the motor starter and mechanical shaft seal.
Generously sized AISI 304 stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds accommodate high volumetric flow rates while resisting internal corrosion and biofilm buildup. Incoming supply pipework connects to a 40 mm suction header, while boosted water exits through a 25 mm delivery header. Factory-fitted isolation ball valves and non-return check valves allow simple isolation and prevent backflow, complemented by a manifold pressure gauge and a connection point for an external diaphragm tank.
Sites without three-phase power can run this high-capacity booster directly from a single-phase 230 V electrical circuit matched to the motor windings. Its 2-pole induction motor operates at approximately 2900 rpm on 50 Hz mains power, delivering 1.1 kW (P2) of mechanical power while drawing 7.4 A at full load. Built with Class F insulation in accordance with IEC 60034 standards, the drive unit ensures dependable thermal performance.

- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
