Built around one Calpeda MXHLM 804 horizontal multistage pump, the BSM1F 1MXHLM 804 package delivers strong hydraulic performance across large commercial and rural properties. It supplies up to 216.7 L/Min of flow when multiple fixtures operate simultaneously. Where vertical lift and line pressurisation are required, the pump can develop up to 42.5 m of head.
Dedicated control electronics pair with differential pressure switches on the manifold to automate pump operation according to real-time water demand. Whenever open taps reduce system pressure to the lower cut-in threshold, the microprocessor control board starts the pump and maintains delivery until full line pressure returns. Anti-cycling delay algorithms prevent rapid starting and stopping during minor draw-offs, protecting electrical contacts and mechanical seals.
Rigid AISI 304 stainless steel suction and discharge manifolds provide a clean, low-friction fluid path built for long-term corrosion resistance. Site plumbing connects directly to a 40 mm inlet port and distributes pressurised water through a 25 mm outlet port. Pre-fitted isolation ball valves and non-return check valves enable straightforward maintenance isolation and backflow prevention, supported by an onboard pressure gauge and an external expansion tank connection point.
High-output single-phase operation is powered by a single-phase 230 V electrical feed matched directly to the motor winding rating. Running at approximately 2900 rpm on 50 Hz mains power, the 2-pole induction motor produces 1.5 kW (P2) of mechanical power and draws 9.2 A at full load. Class F winding insulation and compliance with IEC 60034 motor standards ensure reliable continuous service.

- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.

- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
