Centred around one Calpeda MXHL 203 horizontal multistage pump, the unit provides flow capacities up to 80 L/Min. Up to 31 m of head is available to maintain line pressure across elevated risers. It is ideally suited to applications requiring steady, moderate-volume pressurisation without the bulk of oversized plant equipment.

Constant downstream pressure is maintained effortlessly by an integrated I-MAT frequency converter mounted directly on the pump unit. Instead of operating at fixed full speed, the inverter tracks system pressure and modulates motor frequency to match exact fixture demand, cutting both acoustic noise and electrical consumption. Soft-start and soft-stop algorithms prevent pipework jolts, while onboard sensors halt the drive if dry running or electrical faults occur.

Fluid integrity is preserved through fabricated stainless steel AISI 304 suction and discharge manifolds that resist thermal stress and oxidation. Site pipework couples directly to the 32 mm inlet and 25 mm outlet, while factory-fitted isolation ball valves and a check valve allow fast servicing and prevent backflow when idle. The delivery manifold also incorporates an analogue pressure gauge and a tapped port for connecting an external expansion tank.

Designed to run off a standard single-phase 230 V electrical circuit, the frequency drive powers a three-phase 230/400 V motor winding arrangement. This efficient 2-pole induction motor operates at up to 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz supply, delivering 0.37 kW of mechanical power while drawing just 1.4 A at full duty. Built to IEC 60034 standards with Class F insulation, the motor handles continuous operation with minimal heat build-up.
