Powered by a single Calpeda MXHL 206 horizontal multistage pump, this factory-tested skid delivers flow rates up to 80 L/Min. Where high-pressure boosting is needed, the hydraulic stages can produce up to 65 m of head. It provides strong vertical pressure boosting without requiring a multi-pump footprint.
Intelligent modulation of pump speed is handled by an integrated I-MAT frequency converter affixed directly to the drive unit. Rather than running at full tilt when only a single outlet is open, the inverter throttles motor frequency to maintain exact target pressure and slash electricity consumption. Soft-start ramping eliminates pipework vibration, while onboard diagnostic firmware shuts the unit down safely if dry running or overload conditions arise.
To ensure long-lasting fluid purity and structural strength, the suction and delivery manifolds are fabricated from stainless steel AISI 304. Site plumbing connects directly to the 32 mm suction inlet and 25 mm discharge outlet, with pre-mounted isolation ball valves and a non-return valve allowing quick mechanical isolation. The delivery header also features an analogue system pressure gauge and a threaded port for an external expansion vessel.
Accepting a standard single-phase 230 V electrical feed, the onboard inverter converts the supply to drive the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. This 2-pole induction motor operates at a nominal 2900 rpm at 50 Hz, delivering 1.1 kW of shaft power while drawing 2.7 A under full load. Engineered to IEC 60034 benchmarks with Class F winding insulation, the drive unit thrives in continuous commercial service.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
