Featuring a single Calpeda MXHL 208 horizontal multistage pump, this skid-mounted system delivers up to 80 L/Min. For demanding vertical distribution, the multistage design can build up to 84.9 m of head. It packs substantial hydraulic lift into a neat single-pump footprint that fits easily through standard plant room doors.
Precise pressure control is maintained by a pump-mounted I-MAT variable-speed frequency converter that reacts instantaneously to changing tap usage. By modulating motor speed proportionally to hydraulic demand, the inverter holds downstream pressure steady while avoiding the energy waste and mechanical wear of fixed-speed cycling. Integrated safety electronics guard the unit against dry running, overcurrent faults, and sudden pipework pressure surges.
Corrosion-proof stainless steel AISI 304 is used throughout the suction and delivery manifolds to ensure clean, reliable fluid handling under high pressure. Plumbers connect supply and distribution lines via the 32 mm inlet and 25 mm outlet, assisted by pre-installed isolation ball valves and a non-return check valve that stops backflow. An easy-to-read system pressure gauge and a delivery manifold port for an external pressure vessel complete the assembly.
Using a single-phase 230 V incoming supply, the onboard frequency converter powers a three-phase 230/400 V motor winding design. This 2-pole induction motor operates at approximately 2900 rpm on 50 Hz mains, delivering 1.5 kW of shaft power while drawing 3.6 A at peak load. Built in accordance with IEC 60034 standards and equipped with Class F insulation, the motor handles continuous high-head duty effortlessly.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
