For extreme static elevations and high-pressure industrial or commercial hot-water loops, the BSM1V 1MXHL 209-EMT stands as the pinnacle of the single-pump MXHL 200 booster series. Driven by one Calpeda MXHL 209 horizontal multistage pump, this factory-assembled unit delivers up to 80 L/Min. Up to 97.1 m of delivery head can be developed to keep upper-level fixtures properly pressurised. It ensures upper-floor outlets and high-resistance heat exchangers receive unwavering hydraulic pressure.
Continuous speed adaptation is governed by an integrated I-MAT frequency converter mounted directly on the motor housing. As fixtures open and close across the building, the inverter adjusts rotational frequency in real time to maintain a constant discharge pressure while minimising kilowatt draw. Soft-start and soft-stop control prevents water hammer in high-pressure risers, and built-in sensors immediately shut down the pump if dry running is detected.
Built for long-term durability, both the suction and discharge headers are fabricated from heavy-duty stainless steel AISI 304. Site pipework mates directly with the 32 mm suction inlet and 25 mm delivery outlet, while factory-fitted isolation ball valves and a non-return check valve allow isolated maintenance and prevent reverse flow. A clear pressure gauge and a threaded delivery header connection point for an external vessel are fitted as standard.
Fed from a standard single-phase 230 V electrical circuit, the inverter unit delivers variable-frequency three-phase power to the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. The 2-pole induction motor runs at up to 2900 rpm on a 50 Hz cycle, rated at 1.5 kW and drawing a full-load current of 3.6 A. Manufactured to IEC 60034 specifications with Class F winding insulation, the drive assembly provides exceptional thermal and mechanical longevity.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
