Driven by one Calpeda MXHL 403 horizontal multistage pump, this turnkey skid generates flow capacities up to 133.3 L/Min. To overcome static elevation and pipe friction, the wet end can generate up to 30 m of head. Plumbing engineers specify this unit when consistent outlet pressure is required across elevated fixtures without sacrificing floor space.
Automated pressure governance is handled by an onboard I-MAT frequency converter attached straight to the motor casing. By sensing line pressure shifts instantaneously, the variable-speed drive trims or accelerates rotational speed to maintain a rock-steady setpoint under fluctuating draw-offs. This proportional speed control trims electricity usage during low-flow periods while providing integrated dry-run, overcurrent, and thermal cut-out protection.
Sanitary water routing starts with custom-welded AISI 304 stainless steel suction and discharge headers engineered for minimal friction loss. Field piping interfaces with a 32 mm suction port and a 25 mm delivery connection, accompanied by heavy-duty isolation ball valves and spring-loaded check valves. A dial pressure gauge provides immediate visual verification, while a dedicated port on the discharge header accommodates an external pressure tank.
Connecting to a regular single-phase 230 V mains circuit, the inverter feeds a three-phase 230/400 V industrial motor winding. The 2-pole induction drive spins at a nominal 2900 rpm (50 Hz) to produce 0.55 kW (P2) of shaft power at a rated current of 1.6 A. Full compliance with IEC 60034 design rules and Class F insulation ensures dependable operation in demanding plant environments.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.

- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
