Powered by one Calpeda MXHL 408 horizontal multistage pump, this high-pressure skid supplies up to 133.3 L/Min. Where high-pressure boosting is needed, the hydraulic stages can produce up to 84.8 m of head. It provides a space-saving solution for tall commercial structures, boiler feed assistance, and long-distance water transfer.
Variable-speed pressure control is executed by an onboard I-MAT frequency converter affixed straight to the drive motor. By monitoring downstream pressure transducers, the inverter modulates shaft speed in real time so outlets receive constant pressure regardless of flow variations. This soft-start, proportional operation cuts energy expenditure and incorporates automatic safeguards against dry running, overtemperature, and electrical overload.
Primary fluid manifolds is manufactured from corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel to endure high operating pressures and temperatures. The header assembly pairs a 32 mm suction inlet with a 25 mm delivery outlet, complete with heavy-duty isolation ball valves and non-return check valves. Technicians can verify line pressure via the integrated gauge and attach an external buffer vessel at the delivery header port.
Running off a convenient single-phase 230 V electrical supply, the inverter feeds a three-phase 230/400 V motor winding for smooth torque delivery. The 2-pole induction motor spins at approximately 2900 rpm (50 Hz), delivering 1.8 kW (P2) of output power while drawing 4.8 A. Designed to IEC 60034 specifications with Class F insulation, the motor maintains thermal integrity during demanding duty cycles.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
