Instead of relying on traditional cut-in and cut-out pressure switches, the unit utilises an integrated I-MAT frequency converter to regulate output continuously. As outlets open or close along the distribution line, the drive adjusts motor frequency to lock onto the target system pressure with pinpoint accuracy. Beyond eliminating pressure swings, the inverter logs operating data, reduces power draw at low demand, and shields the pump with built-in dry-run and thermal fault safeguards.

All primary manifold component is crafted from hygienic AISI 304 stainless steel, combining structural rigidity with lasting corrosion resistance. Supply water enters via a 40 mm suction header and discharges through a 25 mm delivery manifold that incorporates a ready-to-use connection point for a diaphragm vessel. Powering the assembly is remarkably straightforward because the onboard frequency converter takes a single-phase 230 V supply feed and outputs three-phase power to the three-phase 230/400 V motor.
