For vertical risers and pressurised distribution lines, the pump assembly can reach up to 59 m of head. At the core of its control architecture sits an integrated I-MAT frequency converter mounted directly atop the motor housing. Rather than running at fixed full speed whenever a tap opens, the variable-speed drive scales motor rotation up or down to hold the exact pressure setpoint programmed by the installer. This intelligent modulation curtails electricity usage, tracks operational energy statistics, and automatically intervenes if dry-running or overcurrent conditions arise.
Plumbing integration is simplified by factory-assembled AISI 304 stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds mounted on a sturdy baseplate. The intake side features a 40 mm connection port, whereas the discharge side provides a 25 mm outlet alongside a dedicated tapping for an external pressure vessel. Heavy-duty isolation ball valves and an inline non-return valve protect hydraulic integrity, while the fitted pressure gauge allows quick on-site pressure checks.
Installation flexibility is enhanced by the inverter's ability to accept a standard single-phase 230 V mains input while powering the pump's three-phase 230/400 V induction motor. Delivering 2.2 kW (P2) of shaft power, the 2-pole motor reaches a full-load speed of approximately 2900 rpm at 50 Hz. Constructed to IEC 60034 international standards with Class F insulation, the motor assembly guarantees long-term electrical reliability.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
