    Pairs well with

Household bore water supply and farm irrigation systems are well suited to this constant pressure package, which combines a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with an EASYMAT variable frequency controller. The unit draws from 4-inch boreholes while handling sand concentrations up to 150 g/m³, and supports continuous operation for garden watering, tank filling, and rural pressure boosting.

Delivering up to 118 metres of head at 25 litres per minute, the hydraulic section is driven by a 0.55 kW three-phase motor at 415V. A NEMA-standard flange coupling provides connection to compatible submersible motors. Radial floating impellers in NORYL® allow axial movement to accommodate sand passage, reducing wear on the polycarbonate diffusers in sediment-bearing groundwater.

AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with an integrated non-return valve in the delivery casing to prevent column drainage. The EASYMAT drive maintains constant pressure by varying motor speed as demand changes, with protection against dry-running, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and closed outlet. Class F insulation and IP68 rating support continuous submersion in water up to 35°C.

    FEATURES

    • Floating impellers manufactured from NORYL® allow sand to pass through without binding the stages
    • External jacket constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance in borehole environments
    • EASYMAT variable speed drive responds to changing demand by adjusting motor speed automatically
    • Suction strainer in chrome-nickel steel prevents debris from reaching the internal hydraulic components
    • Non-return valve integrated into the delivery casing stops reverse flow when the pump shuts down
    • Polycarbonate diffuser stages maintain smooth water flow through the hydraulic assembly
    • NEMA-standard motor coupling enables straightforward installation and future servicing
    • Class F insulation together with IP68 enclosure supports continuous duty in submerged boreholes
