Designed to maintain constant water pressure in deep residential boreholes, this system pairs a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with an EASYMAT frequency converter. The unit handles sand concentrations up to 150 g/m³ and is suitable for fire protection backup, household supply, and high-lift domestic applications where reliable pressure is essential.
Producing 160 metres of head at 25 L/Min, the hydraulic assembly is powered by a 0.75 kW three-phase motor at 415V. A NEMA-standard flange coupling allows straightforward installation with standard submersible motors. Each stage uses NORYL® floating impellers that move axially against polycarbonate diffusers, minimising wear when pumping sandy groundwater.
Built-in protection includes dry-run detection, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and closed outlet monitoring. The EASYMAT controller adjusts pump speed to match system demand, while the AISI 304 stainless steel jacket and chrome-nickel steel suction filter provide corrosion resistance. The motor is rated for continuous immersion in liquids up to 35°C with Class F insulation and IP68 protection.
