Where boreholes are deep and pressure requirements are high, this constant pressure system delivers reliable water supply for large homes, rural properties, and small commercial buildings. The unit combines a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with an EASYMAT frequency converter, handling sand concentrations up to 150 g/m³ for continuous duty applications.
A 1.1 kW three-phase motor at 415V drives the hydraulic assembly to produce 234 metres of head at 25 L/Min. NORYL® floating impellers allow axial movement to accommodate sand passage, protecting the polycarbonate diffusers from abrasive wear and maintaining performance over time. The NEMA-standard motor coupling ensures compatibility with standard submersible motors.
EASYMAT variable speed control maintains constant pressure as flow changes, with protection against dry-running, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and closed outlet. The AISI 304 stainless steel jacket resists corrosion, while the built-in non-return valve in the chrome-nickel steel delivery casing prevents backflow and protects against column weight stress during shutdown.
