The unit combines a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with an EASYMAT frequency converter, delivering reliable water supply while handling sand concentrations up to 150 g/m³ for continuous duty.
Driven by a 1.1 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the hydraulic assembly produces 131 metres of head at 50 L/Min. NORYL® floating impellers allow sand to pass without causing excessive wear, while polycarbonate diffusers maintain smooth flow through the stages. The NEMA-standard motor coupling ensures compatibility with a range of submersible motors.
EASYMAT variable speed control maintains constant pressure as demand varies, with protection against dry-running, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and closed outlet. AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, and a built-in non-return valve in the delivery casing prevents water column drainage and reverse flow during shutdown.
