Extreme lift boreholes serving large rural properties, commercial buildings, and multi-story applications are the primary application for this ultra-high pressure constant pressure system. It combines a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with a LOGICWALL frequency converter, managing groundwater with sand up to 150 g/m³ for continuous duty.
Power comes from a 2.2 kW three-phase motor at 415V, delivering 247 metres of head at 50 L/Min. NORYL® floating impellers move axially within each stage to accommodate sand particles and protect the polycarbonate diffusers from abrasive wear in ultra-deep wells. The NEMA-standard mechanical interface ensures compatibility with standard submersible borehole motors.
LOGICWALL provides variable speed control with an integrated user interface for system configuration and monitoring. Protection includes dry-run detection, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and closed outlet. AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a built-in non-return valve in the delivery casing to shield the stages from water column weight and backflow during shutdown.
