The unit pairs a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with an EASYMAT frequency converter, processing water with sand up to 150 g/m³ for continuous service.
Power comes from a 1.5 kW three-phase motor at 415V, achieving 135 metres of head at 70 L/Min. Within each stage, NORYL® floating impellers move axially to accommodate sand particles, protecting the polycarbonate diffusers from excessive wear in deep-well environments. The NEMA-standard motor coupling provides a standardised mechanical interface for simplified servicing.
EASYMAT adjusts motor speed to maintain constant pressure, with protection against dry-running, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and closed outlet. AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, and a built-in non-return valve in the delivery casing helps protect the internal hydraulics by preventing reverse flow during shutdown.
