High-demand rural properties, small commercial buildings, and irrigation systems requiring significant lift benefit from this constant pressure system. The unit pairs a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with an EASYMAT frequency converter, handling sand up to 150 g/m³ for continuous service.
Driven by a 1.5 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the hydraulic assembly produces 113 metres of head at 100 L/Min. NORYL® floating impellers move axially within each stage to accommodate sand particles, protecting the polycarbonate diffusers from wear over years of service. The NEMA-standard mechanical interface provides a secure connection to compatible submersible borehole motors.
EASYMAT adjusts motor speed to maintain constant pressure, with protection against dry-running, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and closed outlet. AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a chrome-nickel steel delivery casing incorporating a non-return valve to prevent water column drainage and reverse flow during shutdown.
